After Placing Your Order
Production and Delivery
After you have placed your order with the mi adidas Retailer you will receive your mi adidas products within 45* days.
adidas is responsible for the mi adidas goods until the Retailer or the customer receives them. Once the goods are received by the Retailer or customer, mi adidas has no control or responsibility for the mi adidas delivery. Any agreement or delivery arrangement from the mi adidas Retailer to the end consumer is between the Retailer and the end consumer.
In very rare cases there can be delivery delays with mi adidas orders which can be caused by unexpected high order quantities. If delivery is delayed, your mi adidas Retailer will be able to provide you with more information.
*Average orders are 5-100 pieces. In the event that a large order is placed, please contact your retailer in the case that your order might exceed normal mi adidas lead-times.
Order Status / Track Your Order
You can always view the status of your mi adidas order by signing into your mi adidas account and clicking on "order history".
Immediately after you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation email. This informs you that we have accepted and are processing your order. Keep this email for your records as it contains your order number.
As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipment confirmation via email. You may receive multiple emails if parts of your order are dispatched at different times. With the shipment confirmation you will receive a tracking number which you can look-up in your mi adidas account and which you can also find in the order history in the "Status" column. Clicking on the tracking number takes you to the carrier's website where you can find the latest information about your order.
Please note that it usually takes about 24 hours for the carrier’s systems to display your tracking information on their website. Some orders are packaged in more than one box. Each box will have its own unique tracking number.
Once you have signed your mi adidas order contract and have purchased your mi adidas order with the retailer it will not be possible to cancel your order. Immediately after the financial transaction has taken place and the retailer has clicked on "buy now" your order begins to be processed. That means, production capacity for your order will be reserved right away and the factory will begin production immediately. Therefore cancelling the order is not possible.
In rare cases orders will have to be cancelled by the mi adidas staff due to order processing difficulties, which can include:
- Products are unavailable
- We have problems processing your order information
- There is a duplicate order
If we cancel your order, you'll receive an email that will explain the reason for the cancellation. Please contact your mi adidas retailer and you will be credited for cancelled products, as well as for any related delivery charges.
Re-Order a Product
After you have ordered a product you can re-order it by logging in to your mi adidas account. Click on the link "order history" which will lead you to the page where you can see your past orders listed. Click on the order that you would like to re-order.
If you wish to re-order all the products from a previous order, click on "re-order"
If you wish to re-order only some parts of an order, go into your saved products and select the specific items you wish to re-order and add each to a new order. Minimum quantities requirements still apply. After you have done this please follow the usual order instructions as described in the Help section.
mi adidas products are created just for you. That means we cannot accept returns, except for manufacturing defects (see defective products).
If you have a question regarding defective merchandise returns for mi adidas products purchased at an authorized mi adidas retailer, please contact that retailer. You will find the contact details of each retailer in the retailer finder.
Returned products are inspected by our Quality Assurance Department and the product will be replaced at no charge if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications. Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the defective product. If the problem was caused by reasons other than material quality or assembly process, we are not able to process a return:
- Obtained from a source other than miTeam.com
- Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp objects, etc)
- Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose (i.e. use of running shoes for court sports, etc.)
- Products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life of the product are not replaced.
